Whenever we try to remember names of hotels, within
at least three guesses we recall the name ‘WESTIN’. Yes, a very famous hotel by
‘Starwood Hotel & resorts’. They are known for their luxury facilities and
amazing service quality since the beginning. They have always added more value
to their service with new features.
Recently Westin is providing some exclusive service
for children. The features are designed such a way that, anyone would feel free
to bring their children on a business tour or personal tour and still enjoy
themselves on the fullest.

The club is for the children aged 2-12 years old.
Westin authority guarantees the kids to have lots of fun there.
All activities are supervised, although parents can stay if they
wish. Playtime includes arts and crafts, such as making a picture frame,
origami, sail boat-making, and coloring. The club offers a brightly colored,
immaculate environment and includes an indoor playground, a place for watching
movies, and a PlayStation.
The
Westin Eat Well Menu for Kids
One of the educational and entertaining features for the
children is this. Since eating well isn’t just for adults, Westin has teamed up
with the experts at SuperChefs to offer the Menu for Kids. Comprised of
doctors, dentists, chefs, dieticians and other experts, SuperChefs is dedicated
to educating kids on the importance—and the fun—of eating smart. Each of their
special menu offerings is as delicious as it is nutritious, making kids and
parents happy.

Kids Pass program is an all-inclusive dining program created
with our youngest guests and their parents in mind.
For a flat daily rate, children ages 12 and younger of Starwood Preferred
Guest members can enjoy all-inclusive access to a variety of dining options, including
children’s menus, buffets (when available), and beverages at select
participating resorts.

Kid’s meals are available in any of their six signature
restaurants and for every adult meal ordered, they offer a Kids Eat Free meal,
for up to two children per family.
The hotel also provides babysitting service in guest rooms with
a minimum of 24 hour advance reservations.

There is a Westin outlet on Disney property, called ‘Swan’.
There one get many extra benefits including “extra magic hours” so customers
can go to alternating parks before or after the normal operating hours on
certain days of the week. The hotel is an easy walking distance from Epcot, and
a short boat ride from Hollywood Studios. There are frequent bus services
to the other Disney parks. Even the customers can use the SPG points to
get more advantages there.

The whole kids feature thing is new in WESTIN. One of the reason
they introduced it could be customer retention and achievement. People would definitely
prefer this hotel while traveling with kids. Also mostly wealthy families are
the customer of Westin regardless the nationality. So if the kids of these
wealthy families are coming and enjoying in the hotel, there is a probability that
they will continue to come here when they grow up. Some of the facilities are
designed in such a way that it will create a long term positive impression in
both kids and their parents’ minds.
